Centro Europa
Spearheading Puerto Rico’s current wave of urban renewal projects, Centro Europa was instrumental in the revival of Santurce. This state-of-the-art, 150,000 sf office and retail center, with its 614 parking spaces, brought back pedestrian traffic into the area’s neglected
downtown. In developing this mixed-use income-producing property, Interlink would also fulfill Banco Popular’s parking needs, allowing it to reopen its Metro Region center.
