AC Hotel San Juan

Interlink, together with a group of local partners, acquired the former Ambassador Plaza & Casino to perform a full renovation of the property and convert it to an AC by Marriott Hotel. The new AC Hotel San Juan offer guests a wide array of urban resort features as an outdoor rooftop swimming pool and lounge, meeting rooms, fitness center, a restaurant and the AC Lounge. The hotel has 233 new modern guest rooms, all of them with balcony, including 48 suites. The new hotel has a long-term franchise agreement with Marriott International Inc. and a management agreement for its operation with Highgate Hotels, one of the leading operators in the United States.
