City View Plaza

From raw land to the delivery of a fully leased and operational first-class office, Interlink coordinated the conception of City View Plaza as an all-encompassing, turnkey development. Comprised of two towers of six and eight floors respectively, with rentable office space and retail area surrounding the central plaza, City View Plaza was awarded

the 2010 Outstanding Civil Engineering Project Award by the College of Engineers and Surveyors of Puerto Rico. The building is a US Green Building Member with Silver and Gold Appreciation for Interior Design Spaces.
