An outstanding group of over 100 full-time professionals is at the heart of Interlink. Representing a cross section of specialized knowledge and skills in different areas of expertise, we have melded the energy and creativity of the younger generation with the wisdom and experience of our more seasoned team members to create a dynamic, forward thinking, dependable enterprise.

At Interlink, we are as selective of the people we employ, as the projects we develop. In striving to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, we are committed to continuously training and fostering the development of our human resources, both on the job and in the classroom. In particular, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and the Executive Education Programs at The Harvard Business School and Harvard Graduate School of Design have provided us with programs and courses to allow our team members to stay ahead of the curve and broaden their technical knowledge. Additionally, the ULI, the NAHB and the AGC sponsored conferences and courses have kept us abreast of industry best practices, as well as the latest innovations and creative concepts, so we in turn can develop the most successful projects for our clients.
